ساخت آزمون حافظه کاری و ارزیابی حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون abstract

سابقه و هدف: کودکان کم شنوای دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون گروهی از آسیب زبانی رشدی هستند که دارای نقص در حافظه کاری می باشند. در این مطالعه هدف ساخت آزمون حافظه کاری و بررسی حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی- مقایسه ای، ابتدا آزمون حافظه کاری فارسی کودکان ساخته شد. روایی محتوایی (۹= n)، روایی صوری (۹= n) و پایایی (۳۰= n) آزمون بررسی شد. سپس بخش شنیداری آزمون حافظه کاری فارسی کودکان روی ۳۰ کودک با شنوایی هنجار و ۵ کودک کم شنوای دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون انجام گردید. یافته ها: روایی محتوایی ۱۰۰ درصد بود. روایی صوری براساس عملکرد کودکان تایید شد. پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون ۹۳۸/۰ (۰۵/۰< p) بود. با ۹۵ درصد اطمینان بین میانگین امتیاز دو گروه کودکان هنجار (۰۱۷/۲۷ ± ۰۶/۷۸) و دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون (۵۴۷/۲۵ ± ۲/۲۸) تفاوت معنی دار وجود داشت (۰۵/۰< p). استنتاج: آزمون حافظه کاری فارسی کودکان دارای روایی محتوایی، صوری و پایایی است و کودکان دارای پروتز کاشت حلزون نسبت به کودکان هنجار از حافظه کاری ضعیف تری برخوردار هستند.
