میرحسینی چاهوکی س ض، معصومی ح، حیدرنژاد ج، حسینی­ پور ا، عبدالشاهی ر، مداحیان م (۱۴۰۰) واکنش چهل ژنوتیپ کدوییان به ویروس موزاییک خیار. دانش بیماری­شناسی گیاهی ۱۱(۱): ۵۹-۴۸.               Doi: ۱۰.۲۹۸۲/PPS.۱۱.۱.۴۸.                                        چکیده مقدمه: ویروس موزاییک خیار ((Cucumber mosaic virus, CMV یکی از شایع ترین بیمارگرهای گیاهان جالیز در دنیا محسوب می شود. بهترین روش مدیریت بیماری شناسایی و کشت رقمهای مقاوم است. مواد و روشها: واکنش ۴۰ ژنوتیپ یا رقم از گیاهان تیره کدوییان شامل طالبی، خیار، خربزه، کدو و هندوانه نسبت به یک جدایه از CMV از زیرگروه IB در شرایط گلخانه در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با ۱۰ تکرار برای هر تیمار ارزیابی گردید. بوته ها در مرحله برگ های کوتیلدونی با عصاره توتون آلوده به CMV مایه زنی شدند. دو تا چهار هفته بعد از مایه زنی، واکنش آن ها بر اساس شاخص شدت نشانه و میزان جذب در آزمون الایزا (OD۴۰۵) تعیین شد. یافته ­ها: ژنوتیپ ها در پنچ گروه کاملا حساس، حساس، نسبتا مقاوم، مقاوم و کاملا مقاوم دسته­بندی شدند. نتیجه­ گیری: کشت ژنوتیپ های کاملا مقاوم یا مقاوم را برای مدیریت بیماری می­توان توصیه کرد.
