تاثیر مطالعه نمایشنامه های ابزورد بر ارتقاء مهارت گوش دادن: مداخله ی آموزشی abstract

هدف تحقیق حاضر انجام مداخله به منظور ارتقاء مهارت های روابط متقابل بین فردی از طریق مهارت گوش دادن در جامعه هدف بود. بدین منظور از یک طرح شبه آزمایشی در دو گروه ۹ نفره آزمایش و کنترل استفاده به عمل آمد. پس از اجرای پیش آزمون ۹ فروشنده گروه آزمایش در ۶ جلسه از طریق اجرای جلسات کتاب درمانی گروهی با مطالعه نمایشنامه های ابزرود آموزش لازم را دریافت کردند. چهار هفته پس از پایان جلسات از دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل پس آزمون به عمل آمد. بعد از جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS آزمون کوواریانس یک طرفه به کار برده شد. همچنین برای استحکام بخشی به یافته های مرتبط با مرحله اول تحقیق دیدگاه مشتریان نیز در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از آموزش تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مطالعه نمایشنامه های ابزورد بر بهبود مهارت گوش دادن فروشندگان تاثیرگذار است و اثر آن نه تنها بر نگرش فروشندگان (خودارزیابی) که در رفتار آن ها (ارزیابی مشتریان) نمود پیدا کرده است.
