Abstract:

سازمان ها به عنوان رکن اصلی اجتماعات هستند و عملکرد مدیریت ارشد نتیجه ترکیب صحیح و به جای منابع انسانی است. بحث فرهنگ نیز عامل مهمی است که تعیین کننده رویه های مدیریتی می باشد و بر عملکرد مدیریت تاثیر می گذارد. از این رو رویه های مدیریت منابع انسانی منجر به بهبود عملکرد شرکت به عنوان منبع مزیت رقابتی بلند مدت می شود. بنابراین در مطالعه حاضر تلاش شد تا به بررسی رابطه بین ارزش های فرهنگ سازمانی با اثربخشی رویه های مدیریت منابع انسانی پرداخته شود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام کارکنان یک شرکت تولیدی می باشد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین ارزش های فرهنگ سازمانی با اثربخشی رویه های مدیریت منابع انسانی، همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. به ویژه داشتن الگوی ارتباطی موثر و خطرپذیری کارکنان و نوآوری سه عامل اصلی اثربخشی رویه خاص مدیریت منابع انسانی در سازمان می باشند.
