Abstract:

COVID-۱۹ is caused by the SARS-COV-۲ virus. Causing acute respiratory syndrome, this virus has infected tens of millions of people and led to a pandemic. Following that, people were quarantined in their homes. Responses and reactions to COVID-۱۹ appear to be widely different, ranging from asymptomatic or mild to severe conditions and death, among different people and regions (۱). Numerous clinical trials worldwide have explored the efficacy of existing medicines against COVID-۱۹, including various antiviral and immunomodulatory drugs (۲). In its acute phases, whenacute respiratory problems are present, N-Acetyl CysteineandFamotidine arerecommendedfor faster recovery of patients (۳, ۴). A wide variety of vaccines have been developed to fight the coronavirus. which include different platforms such as RNA, live-attenuated virus, protein subunit, and viral vector (۵). The present study evaluated and compared complications of COVID-۱۹ vaccines and their severity among subjects taking the first dose of Sinopharm, Bharat, AstraZeneca, and Sputnik V vaccines.
