This study tries to investigate the impacts of drug use patterns changes from low risky to high risky. Theoretical framework of the study is based on Bourdieu, Coleman, and Putnam’s social capital theory and Sutherland’s theory of differential association. Survey method was used to conduct this research. In order to collect the data a set of questionnaire is distributed among the addicted peoples to high risky drugs admitted in Samen clinic and Bojnourd city prison through complete enumeration sampling technique. The results of the study show that most of the addicted people to high risky drugs tend to use the drugs align together with their friends and acquaintances, and considering the cultural capital most of them and their family have lowers level of education. Considering economic capital most of them are unemployed and do not have any earning. They also state that maximum level of their salary is ۳,۰۰۰,۰۰۰ IRI.
