بررسی وضعیت مدیریت پیشگیری از اعتیاد در استان خراسان شمالی

This study is to explore the situation of addiction prevention management in Northern Khorasan province. In order to meet the goals, five targets relevant to main function of management viz. planning, organizing, controlling and monitoring, mobilization of resources, guidance and leadership have been considered. The population of the study is ۶۳ people which consists of elites, university professors, experts in the prevention of addiction, judges and police chief of the province, in relation to the prevention of substance abuse are involved. The data collection tool was a questionnaire has been prepared in both expected and existing formats. Its validity has been confirmed by a number of experts and university professors and its reliability based on Cronbach's alpha is ۸۲%. The collected data is processed by SPSS and reported in two parts of descriptive and inferential sections. According to the obtained results, there is a significant difference between the existing and expected status of prevention management in addiction prevention in each of the five functions of management (planning, organizing, mobilizing resources, leadership and control).
