Abstract:
An explosion is a sudden, fast and accidental energy that can be classified as physical, nuclear or chemical in nature. Explosive materials can be solid, liquid and gas, but the explosion of solid materials usually has the greatest effect in terms of the released force. Also, explosives can be divided in terms of primary and secondary forces, which are applied to the structure. The magnitude and distribution of explosive loads on structures is a function of the following three factors. The characteristics of explosives including the type of explosives, the weight of the explosives. Location of the source of the explosion and The pressure from the explosion. In this scientific research, the destruction of concrete structure due to the application of blast load will be investigated. For this, we first make a three-dimensional model of the structure and then process the said model with the help of Abaqus analysis and simulation software, which analyzes based on the finite element process. This analysis evaluates solely based on the conversion of explosion energy into compressive load in the desired structure. In order to analyze and investigate the destructive effects of the structure, its actual boundary conditions must be defined and then a regular network of elements must be created for the purpose of meshing and analyzing the structure based on the finite element method. After the simulation, the output contours are evaluated and analyzed like the stresses on the structure.
