Agile Project Management has brought about a paradigm shift in project development methodologies, especially within the dynamic context of the software industry. This article conducts a thorough comparative analysis of various agile methodologies, including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Lean-Agile, elucidating their unique characteristics and practical implications in project management.
