پارامترهای رشد و مرگ و میر و طول بلوغ خرچنگ (Gould, ۱۸۴۱ Rhithropanopeus harrisii) در خلیج گرگان abstract

هدف از این مطالعه تخمین پارامترهای رشد و مرگ و میر در خرچنگ گرد دریای خزر (R. harrisii)  طی ۱۲ ماه از اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۶ تا فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۷ در ساحل شمالی خلیج گرگان منطقه حفاظت شده میانکاله بود. نمونه برداری با استفاده از تورهای گوش گیر و تله های طعمه دار انجام و ۳۰۷ نمونه که شامل ۱۲۰ قطعه ماده و ۱۸۷ قطعه نر بودند جمع آوری شد. دامنه طول کل خرچنگ نر میلی متر (۳۶/۱۸-۰۱/۷) با میانگین ۱۶/۰± ۰۷/۱۳ میلی متر و دامنه طول کل خرچنگ ماده میلی متر (۹۲/۱۸-۵۶/۵) با میانگین ۲۱/۰±۰۲/۱۱ میلی متر به دست آمد. در مجموع، بیشترین میانگین طولی ۵۰/۰±۵۲/۲۰ میلی متر مربوط به آبان ماه و کمترین میانگین طولی ۵۱/۰±۸۴/۱۲ میلی متر مربوط به اردیبهشت ماه ثبت شد. بر اساس مدل طول– سن گونه R. harrisii  بر مبنای مدل وان برتالانفی، مقادیرk  و L∞ برای جنس ماده به ترتیب ۵/۲۳ سانتی متر و ۶۳/۱ در سال و برای جنس نر به ترتیب ۲۲ سانتیمتر و ۱/۱ در سال به دست آمد. طول بلوغ جنسی در این مطالعه  بر اساس پهنای کاراپاس  ۱۲ میلی متر محاسبه شد. در این مطالعه شاخص فای پریم مونرو ɸˈ برای جنس نر و ماده به ترتیب  ۹۷/۲ و ۹۵/۲ به دست آمد. این مطالعه برای اولین بار شاخص های رشد و تولیدمثلی برای این گونه خرچنگ را در یکی از زیستگاه های آن در خلیج گرگان بیان می کند. نتایج این مطالعه می تواند در برنامه حفاظتی و مدیریت گونه و زیستگاه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
