Abstract:

Knowledge is considered a power as a strategic factor in achieving sustainable competitive advantage, and in this regard, human capital is the most important and most reliable part of the intellectual wealth of any society. The effectiveness of human resources capabilities is influenced by their personal and social characteristics as well as their management capabilities. Therefore, they should think of new ideas to have more effective and efficient human resource systems. One of the most important and fundamental elements of management is knowledge, awareness and excellence in this field, keeping up with the times and conditions, etc. Therefore, in the present article, the same issue has been discussed, which includes themes such as; Long-term management planning in the direction of knowledge, awareness and recognition of human resources for organizations, systematic organization with knowledge influence in the direction of organizational goals, coordination of managers in relation to human resources activities until the operational aspects of human policies are effectively realized, management partnership with the department Human resources and generalization of knowledge, ethics and creation of normal and dynamic cognitive and behavioral platforms in order to acquire knowledge and continuous awareness.
