Abstract:

The most important factor in achieving the goals of any organization is human resources, and without a doubt, the success and progress of any organization depends on human resources. The education and training organization is one of the organizations whose human resources are mostly hard-working and committed people, and if the working and motivational conditions are favorable, they will use their talents and skills in the service of that organization and make its wheels work better. They will move. In the education system of any country, there are many factors that are effective in the form, goals, and quality of that system. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the job performance of secondary school teachers through the mediation of educational beliefs of secondary school teachers in Zahedan city. In this research, in order to collect the desired information, descriptive and inferential method is used. The statistical population in this research is all secondary school teachers in Zahedan city, and a statistical sample was randomly selected from among them ۳۴۲ people, ۱۶۳ of whom are men and ۱۷۹ are women. Library documents, as well as Golman's (۱۹۹۵) emotional intelligence questionnaire, teachers' job performance by Gol Sanam Lo, Hamidi, Rajabi Noushabadi, Sajjadi (۱۴۰۱) and teacher's beliefs (McCoombs and Whistler, ۱۹۹۷) were used to collect information. The results of the research use methods of adaptation and response in the environment and control and manage the conditions governing the environment. Emotional intelligence includes a set of abilities that give employees the ability to optimally respond to workplace stress and their emotional behaviors. others give These abilities are widely effective in increasing job performance, the more a person in the studied organization is aware of his feelings, can regulate his inner thoughts and external behavior better, aligns with the motivated goals, can face react appropriately to the emotions and behavior of others, and finally master his relationships with others and manage them better, he will have higher emotional intelligence and, of course, he will have more job performance.
