Abstract:

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of mutual behavior analysis on Emotional intelligence and Critical Thinking in students. The present study was experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design and a two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population included second grade female high school students in Shiraz City in academic year ۲۰۲۳-۲۰۲۴.۳۰ students were selected using clustered random sampling method and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (each group of ۱۵).The experimental group received mutual behavior analysis intervention in ۱۰ sessions ۹۰ minutes during two and half months. The applied questionnaires in this study included Questionnaire of Emotional intelligence (SSRI) and Critical Thinking (CCTST).The data obtained from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA Using SPSS۲۳ statistical software. The results showed that mutual behavior analysis has significant effect on the Emotional intelligence and Critical Thinking in female students. According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that the mutual behavior analysis can be applied as an efficient therapy to improve Emotional intelligence and critical thinking in the students.
