Abstract:

در حال حاضر تکنولوژی دیجیتال، با تسهیل ارتباطات و تعاملات، به معلمان کمک کرده است تا از انزوای حرفه ای خلاصی یابند. در دنیای دانش­محور کنونی، معلمان به عنوان یادگیرندگان، در جستجوی منابع فهم و دانش به منظور اثربخش تر نمودن تدریس خود و در نتیجه بهبود یادگیری دانش آموزان، در اجتماعات یادگیری حرفه ای، حضور می یابند. در حقیقت، اجتماعات یادگیری حرفه ای، به منزله­ی بستری برای رشد و بالندگی حرفه ای معلمان، متجلی شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، کشف دستاوردهایی است که حضور در اجتماعات یادگیری برای معلمان به ارمغان می آورد. نگارندگان با استفاده از روش سنتزپژوهشی، به تلفیق پیشینه­ی پژوهشی در این زمینه دست زده­اند. یافته ها حکایت از آن دارد که شرکت در اجتماعات یادگیری پیامدهای ارزنده ای را برای معلمان به همراه داشته است.
