Intelligent navigation system for passengers inthe airports big

This study, inspired by passenger feedback about their negative experiences at largeairports, investigates how a navigation model and enhanced passenger assistance mayimprove the airport's customer service. This concept establishes the quickest and mostindependent way for passengers to locate their destinations inside the airport complex. Inaddition, there is a higher probability of flight delays and passenger misplacement at largeairports owing to passenger confusion. The scheme's main benefit is that the airportpassenger service sector will always know exactly where the passenger is and can takeimmediate action to help them. The system and software incorporated in the varioussalons scan the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) labels and barcodes on tickets toidentify and print the passengers' path, which is subsequently shown on the appropriatedisplay screens. Hence, the proposed model may efficiently and clearly direct passengersto their desired destinations inside the airline, saving both time and effort.
