Enhancing Security and Efficiency of Vehicle Information on the Blockchain abstract
This artcle delves into the complexites associated with verifying Vehicles especially pre-owned ones. It seeks to enhance transparency and streamline informaton managementconcerning through the implementaton of an innovatve approach utlizing the Ethereum blockchain platorm. The blockchain, renowned for its secure and immutable database, plays a pivotal role in ensuring transparency and data security during registraton processes. The proposed method involves creatng a digital record for each Vehicle using its unique Vehicle Identfcaton Number (VIN) on the blockchain. Vital Vehicle details are recorded as transactons on the blockchain and can be swifly accessed using the corresponding identfer. Moreover, smart contracts are employed to regulate access to this informaton. The utlizaton of smart contracts in this study facilitates the chaining of data, signifcantly enhancing the validaton of transactons and identty verifcatons, while effectvely controlling access. This approach serves to mitgate the risk of erroneous data input and malicious atacks, fostering a more secure and robust system.
