Numerical Analysis of the Electronic Cooling of a Flat Plate Immersed in the Saturated R134a Based on the Pool Boiling Theory abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive review of the immersed pool boiling phenomenon of saturated liquid R134a. Pool boiling is a widely studied heat transfer mechanism that plays a crucial role in various industrial applications. The focus of this review is on the specific case of R134a as the working fluid, which is commonly used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The paper discusses the fundamental aspects of pool boiling, including the boiling heat transfer mechanisms, boiling regimes, and associated heat transfer coefficients. Additionally, the influence of various parameters, such as heat flux, pressure, numerical power of prandtl number (n), and surface characteristics as the Cnb coefficient, on the pool boiling performance of R134a is examined.
