Abstract:

This narrative review examines the benefits of incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) through digital marketing strategies in food ordering apps. The aim of study is to find out the existing literature and identify the potential benefits of using AI in digital marketing strategies for food industry APPs.The study , providing a comprehensive analysis of the advancements and impact of AI technology in the food industry. Search was conducted across various academic databases, Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct and Sage using keywords related to AI, digital marketing, food ordering apps, and consumer behavior. The inclusion criteria were studies published between 2016 and 2023. A total of 32 relevant articles were selected for analysis. Customer experience, customer engagement, personalized recommendations for customers, digital capabilities, sustainable value creation, analyzing customer preferences, purchasing behavior, customer engagement ,loyalty, trust, satisfication, customer retention, co-creation of value, shaping consumer attitudes and behavior, transforming marketing practices, engagement with the brand, optimizing marketing expenditures, efficiency and effectiveness that have had mentioned on this review.
