Abstract:
The success of modern organizations is heavily dependent on the effectiveness of their workforce. Employees are an invaluable asset that is not easily replaceable by competitors, making them the organization's most valuable resource. Unfortunately, exerting control over employees has proven to be a significant challenge, as demonstrated by previous research in the field of manufacturing organizations. To improve employee performance, a wide range of strategies has been implemented. These include initiatives such as motivation and strengthening organizational commitment, though there has been a prevalent tendency to overlook the broader organizational context. This paper introduces an innovative conceptual model based on system dynamics. It explores the various complex factors that impact employee performance and provides fresh insights into different efforts aimed at enhancing performance.
