Abstract:

هدف پژوهش حاضر تاثیر درمان فراشناخت به شیوه گروهی بر راهبردهای کنترل فکر در معتادین مرد تحت درمان با متادون بود. جامعه هدف این مطالعهمراجعین تحت درمان با متادون ماه های بهمن تا اردیبهشت۱۳۹۳ مرکز متادون درمانی طریقت نو شهر تهران بود که از بین آنها ۳۰ نفر انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) منتسب شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه راهبردهای کنترل فکر ولز و دیویس قبل از آموزش به شیوه فراشناختی و بعد از آن پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی تاثیر آموزش به شیوه ی فراشناختی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از یکدیگر کسر و میانگین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل با آزمون t مستقل مقایسه شدند، نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه در راهبردهای کنترل فکر تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد، و میانگین گروه آزمایش در راهبردهای کنترل فکر پایین تر بود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در رابطه با تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در دریافت آموزش مداخله ای فراشناختی بر کنترل فکر معتادین به نظر می رسد این آموزش می تواند بر فراشناخت معتادین و در نتیجه اصلاح راهبردهای کنترل فکر آنها تاثیر گذارد.
