Abstract:

In this article we are studying redesigning an electric submersible pump with change inventing plans, material selection, Controlling the temperature of drilling system, designing components including motor elements, drill bit and piping In order to keep the system stable, strength of system, weight of system , Fluid flow control. In this research, the scientific and technical structure of reducing the output flow of the well pump is up to ۶۳%, increasing the torque and revolutions per minute of the well pump and increasing the motor efficiency with the approach of making the well pump smart. Due to the different structure of electric machines, research has been done on it. Industrial ۳-phase electric motors, which are widely used in oil and oil warehouses, are investigated here and fundamental changes in their structure are made. In this research, the method of determining the number of coils, poles, coils and floors Electric machines can be determined by answering these formulas Determining how to inflate the engine in this research of ۳۶-۴۸-slot engines Grooves and ۷۲ grooves have been checked with ۱۵۰۰=rpm and ۳۰۰۰rpm. Materials such as varnish, washing materials for electric motors, i.e. White Spirit, Paraffin wax, trichloratin (with chemical name), insulating paper and insulating paper are used How to increase the efficiency of electric motor torque and revolutions per minute and reduce it Output current from changes in the structure of the electric motor, including Double layer winding of the screw. Engine construction and diameter increase Varnished wire and packaging in a complete series that increases efficiency It reduces the electric motor and the output current of the motor up to ۶۳% .
