Abstract:
Universities still have a role to play in creating plans to improve human resource competency in the face of ۲۱st-century obstacles. To do this, one must become proficient in both technical and social abilities. The necessity for college graduates to be able to adapt and compete successfully is the driving force behind the investigation of the demands of entrepreneurs throughout the industrial revolution era, especially from role models. This study focuses explores practitioners' perspectives on the value of English proficiency as a critical soft skill for students studying entrepreneurship. Using qualitative techniques, the study employed five individuals for in-depth interviews and observation. Yin's method of data analysis was followed, which entailed gathering, breaking down, reassembling, analyzing, and concluding until data saturation was reached. The results emphasized how important it is for entrepreneurial students to be proficient in English when it comes to business-related tasks like emailing, negotiating, presenting, and describing products. The study emphasizes how genuine sources of inspiration and motivation, such as entrepreneurial role models, encourage ambitious business owners to pursue success in their next ventures.
