Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of food and service quality in famous restaurants on their brand image from the tourist’s point of view. A questionnaire was used to collect data and ۲۰۰ tourists filled it in Tehran. Structural equation modelling was used to test hypotheses. The research results showed that food quality has the greatest impact on brand image in restaurants
