Ecological Assessment of CNG Regulator

Gaseous hydrocarbons, especially CNG, are the best alternate for other Hydrocarbon fuels. So many companies started to produce CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) kits. However, process of production the kit and also consuming the fuel will produce CO2. Considering the destructive effects of CO2 as a greenhouse gas, the ecological evaluation on one of the most common regulators called TES-JM was done. Evaluation is done by EDIP2003 data-base, but in some process such as assembling and manufacturing, the electricity was directly measured and output CO2 was measured, too by IEA (International Energy Agency) STATISTICS. At the end, the materials used and the amount of CO2 at any part is put in the table below. The most CO2 productions are marked.
