The Effect of Entrepreneurial Skills on The Anomie ofKnowledge-Based Companies Located in Tehran Province abstract

We use a case study of knowledge-based companies located in the Tehran province. We investigate howentrepreneurial skills affect organizational anomie. We classify the present study as having an applied purpose.Also, based on data collection, it is descriptive-survey research done in the field. It is cross-sectional time.The statistical population of this study includes managers and specialists. They are from knowledge-based firmslocated in Tehran province. We used the classification method for sampling. The research sample had 148people. The research instruments include the Hasmith et al. (2008) Entrepreneurship Skills Questionnaire andthe Lara Verderrigues Organization Anomie Questionnaire (2007). We used content analysis to check thequestionnaires' validity. We used Cronbach's alpha to assess their reliability. This confirmed that thequestionnaires are reliable.We used SPSS software to test the research. The results showed that personal, technical, and management skillssignificantly reduce organizational anomie in knowledge-based companies.
