Abstract:
One of the most significant challenges in constructing composite structures relates to their connection capacity and assembly. Designing and manufacturing connections that have sufficient resistance for these structures is essential. In this article, adhesive reinforcing elements have been used to establish a connection between two composite components. Incorporating adhesive elements leads to an even distribution of stress, thereby increasing the strength and flexibility of the joint. Additionally, to improve the strength of the adhesive connection, reinforcing wires have been utilized. Furthermore, this study examines parameters that affect the number of wires, wire diameter, and wire materials, and their impact on the connection strength. The findings indicate that using ۲۰ wires as reinforcing elements can enhance the strength by ۳۲ to ۹۰ percent. Moreover, increasing the number of wires, wire diameter, and young’s modulus of the wire can significantly increase the connection strength.
