Effective Reduction of Power Losses Risk in Distribution Network Along with DG Utilizing Active Management abstract

one of the main purposes of distribution network operators (DNOs) is increasing the participation of Distributed Generation (DG). Its reason can be such as reduction of powerlosses, improvement of reliability and the postponement costs of network reinforcement. Hence new control methods are requisitefor DG management to provide more flexibility in distribution network. In this sense, we discuss a specific aspect of ActiveManagement (AM) which is an effective approach for increasingthe penetration o f DG u nits and management o f t hem. I n this paper, a planning model is proposed to reduce the risk of activelosses in distribution network along with DGs. Fuzzy technique is recommended to design the uncertainty of load points indistribution system. The other problem focused is the uncertainty in generation and programming of DG units. With assumption ofthe uncertainty environment, we evaluate the impact of AM on decreasing the risk of active losses
