Check the Iranian legal system with the standard convention of rights between international law

The current state of affairs in the world is such that the field of human rights is considered as one of the main areas and important foundations of interactions and international. At the international level, the issue of human rights is based on decisions.in addition, at the regional level, it has led to the establishment of decisive regional agreements, structures and institutions in foreign policy, and a special position in the security and interests of various countries, including the European Union and the United States, which carefully monitor and evaluate the human rights situation of other countries with specialized mechanisms. The hypothesis under discussion requires the adaptation of the view of Islamic nations, including Iran, towards the global sovereignty of human rights and the need for a fresh interpretation of human rights concepts and religious concepts aimed at coordinating domestic and international regulations. The aim of this study is to examine the degree of correlation of Iran's thematic laws with human rights laws and exploit their potential in providing new interpretations of these concepts. Due to the emotional nature of the human rights issue it is prone to easy influence by public opinion and is commonly used as a useful tool especially by Western countries.
