New technologies of language processing

Various researchers have described natural language processing as an area of research andapplication that examines how computers can be used to understand and process naturallanguage text or speech to perform useful tasks. The ability of machines to interpret and processhuman (natural) language is called natural language processing. Natural language processingis a branch of artificial intelligence that combines computer science with linguistics. Naturallanguage processing combined with machine learning can allow virtual humans tocommunicate with people through text or voice communication. Natural language processingis also used for scanning and semantic analysis of text and audio (audio data) and can be usedfor predictive analytics for health monitoring purposes. Natural language processing has itschallenges, but as a computational approach to text analysis, natural language processing isconstantly improving. Researchers are continuously trying to gather knowledge about howhumans understand and use different languages. It helps to develop appropriate tools andtechniques that enable computer systems to understand and execute natural languages forvarious tasks.
