Abstract:
Grey relational analysis, Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS), Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS), Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) and .Weighted Aggregates Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods are some of multiple attribute decision-making methods which are used to evaluate the firms’ performance Besides, balanced scorecard considers all levels of organization. Regarding the importance of electricity distribution companies’ services, the present study, measures the,performance and rank these companies by using mentioned methods and results compared. Also, relative weights obtained by Shannon entropy method. In this research ,statistical population includes thirty-five electricity distribution companies for the year ۲۰۲۰. Results demonstrated that, all methods include grey relational analysis, COPRAS ARAS, EDAS and WASPAS could be employed to assess the electricity distribution companies based on four balanced scorecard criteria. However, COPRAS and EDAS .methodologies have shown more optimistic approaches for ranking companies’ performance
