Abstract One of the foundations of the formation of Islamic civilization and utopia is education, which is of great importance in the second step of the revolution, therefore the researcher investigated and studied the impact of the model of the school of martyr Soleimani in the education of managers and commanders. Is. Method: This research is a qualitative research, this research was done using qualitative content analysis method and using rational analysis. Our documents in this research are the statements of the supreme leader of the revolution, the speeches of martyr general Hajj Qassem Soleimani, the text of his will and some memories mentioned by his relatives. Then, according to the existing documents, we have been able to present a new training model for the training of managers and officials. Findings: The findings indicate that nation-building and maintaining national harmony with jihadi management, centered on studying at the Holy Defense University, are among the main highlights of Martyr Soleimani. These prominences are connected like a chain and are always together, and it has formed an outstanding personality about him. Conclusion: Martyr Soleimani made a lot of efforts to build the nation and preserve the national unity. With Jihadi management, they were able to form a school for everyone, which is a prerequisite for all the achievements of this honorable martyr, studying at Defence University.
