Exploring the Connection Between COVID-19 and Animals abstract
As the world grapples with the unprecedented challenges posed by the
COVID-19 pandemic, researchers are on a quest to uncover the hidden
aspects of the virus. One interesting aspect that has caught their attention is
the connection between COVID-19 and animals. The origin of COVID-19
can be traced back to animals. The virus is believed to have originated in
bats, with a potential host, such as the pangolin, transmitting it to humans.
Cases of pets testing positive for the virus have been reported, although
transmission from pets to humans appears to be rare. In some cases, the
virus has mutated in mink and retransmitted to humans, leading to concerns
about potential vaccine resistance.
