Abstract:
Tamoxifen (TAM) is a widely prescribed selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used in the treatmentof breast cancer, women's infertility, and other endocrine disorders. Due to its significant impact and potentialside effects, monitoring TAM levels in biological samples and pharmaceutical formulations is crucial. Variousanalytical techniques have been developed for the detection and quantification of TAM in different matrices.
