Human Resources Management Challenges in Non-Governmental Organizations in Iran and Providing Effective Solutions

In this article, we seek to address the challenges in human resources management in non-governmental organizations in Iran. To achieve this goal, we conducted in-depth interviews with social activists in this field by applying the qualitative research method and using the grounded theory technique. After the end of in-depth interviews based on theoretical sampling and saturation of responses, data analysis and data coding was done. The results have been analyzed in the form of challenges and providing solutions.
