Optimizing the financial performance of large industrial companies in Shiraz based on the impact of supply chain agility

In this research, optimization of the relationship between supply chain agility and financial performance in industrial production companies in Shiraz city has been investigated. This research gives more importance to supply chain agility factors, including compliance, experience, coordination and flexibility of suppliers and customers, monitoring and control of supply chain, internal coordination, and application of information technology. This study has been done with a fast-paced approach of financial data and company performance. The research results provide multiple regression analysis, path analysis and competitive analysis in order to investigate the effect of supply chain agility on the financial performance of large industrial companies in Shiraz. The model presented in this research can be used as a useful model to improve productivity and improve management decisions in the manufacturing industry. This presentation can provide employers and decision makers with valuable information in order to optimize the financial performance of companies.
