In Kinesiology, movement therapy as one of the effective and extensive methods in improving the quality of life of people with various disorders has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. This method significantly improves mental and physical health by using regular sports and movement activities per the individual's condition. Also, according to studies, teaching children the correct movements can improve their growth and fitness later in life. In recent decades, several studies have shown the effectiveness of exercise and movement therapy in improving and preventing physical and mental disorders. Nowadays, exercise and movement therapy are considered a part or a part of treating diseases and disorders, and sometimes it may help improve the treatment. Movement therapy is a simple and well-established intervention for many movement disorders and musculoskeletal conditions due to the neuroplasticity of the brain and the adaptability of the musculoskeletal system. Therefore, the current research has investigated professional approaches in using developmental kinesiology for accurate assessment and effective treatment of the movement system with a descriptive-analytical library method.
