Abstract:
The objective of the present study was to examine the impact of utilizing modern technologies on the development of sport for all in Iran. This research is quantitative, applied, and descriptive in nature. The statistical population consisted of managers and experts from the national sports federations who held at least a bachelor's degree and had a minimum of five years of work experience. According to an inquiry from the General Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, this population numbered approximately ۱,۰۰۰ individuals. Based on Krejcie & Morgan's table and using stratified random sampling, ۲۷۸ individuals were selected as the sample size. Given that the present study is derived from a doctoral dissertation, data were collected through a questionnaire developed from the qualitative section of the dissertation. The validity and reliability of this questionnaire were confirmed in the current research. Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling tests using SPSS and Smart PLS software were employed to analyze the collected data. The results indicated that the research model was appropriate, with significant causal factors affecting the central phenomenon. The central phenomenon, along with contextual and intervening factors, significantly influenced the strategies, which in turn had a significant impact on the outcomes. Therefore, by examining and considering the influential factors and implementing the proposed strategies, the development of sport for all on both national and international levels can be achieved.
