Religion and laws of the Mongols abstract

In his campaign to the Middle East and Iran, Genghis' followers encountered people who were Muslims and lived under the rule of Muslim sultans until then, and for this reason, they considered the Mongols as enemies of their country and religion. By destroying the three powers (Khwarazmshahs, Abbasid caliphs, and Ismailis) in the Islamic world, the Mongols established the empire of the Mongol patriarchs in Iran, and with the establishment of the Mongol patriarchs, different political, religious and economic currents were established in Iran. It took a long time until the Safavids came to power. The common feature of the various tribes and peoples that formed the huge armies of Genghis Khan was obedience to Yasai Genghis, which is a set of rules about the quality of the country and military system, the ritual of military campaigns, the conquest of the land, punishments, manners of life, hunting rules, etc. was included For a long time, Genghis Yasai was the basis of the country and military regulations of the countries subject to the Mongols, including Iran, and because of this, it had an impact on the social affairs of this country, and its terms have long been used in the works of writers and authors.
