Bus Cabine Energy Absorbation in a Rollover Test abstract

According to the studied articles, the overturning of the bus causes the most severe injuries to the passengers compared to other types of accidents. In this article, the finite element model has been modeled in HyperMesh software and then analyzed with the LS Dyna explicit nonlinear solver. In this article, the accuracy of the analysis and modeling of the bus has been verified, the amount of energy absorption in the bus model has been obtained, and the amount of energy absorption in the front and back of the bus has been compared in the roof, floor, and pillar parts, which has not been compared in any of the articles so far. Also, the possibility of overturning has been proposed theoretically.
