Abstract:
In this paper, we propose a new approach for noncoherent integration of HRR pulses based on Hough transform which employs the slope-intercept parameterspace. Also we use a low pass filter after Hough transform to improve detection. In this paper we investigate the performance of filtered Hough transform-based detector fordetection of range distributed target in HRR RADAR signals, in the presence of Gaussian and non Gaussiandistributed clutter for non-fluctuating and four types of Swerling targets. The performance of target detection of filtered Hough transform-based detector is analyzed through Monte- Carlo simulation runs
