A study on the electrohydrodynamic spinning of Janus fibers abstract

In this study, a technique for manufacturing Janus nanofibers utilizing copper and titanium dioxidewith DMF solvent was established. This approach is viable for creating multi-component fibers witha narrow distribution and low production cost. Using this method, two-component Janus nanofiberswith an average diameter of 579 nm were successfully produced. Fiber characteristics andconfirmation of Janus morphology were done using scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and,Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
