Predicting the source of internal control, positive and negative emotions and depression of Torbet Jam University students based on resilience

The aim of the present study was to predict the source of internal control, positive and negative emotions and depression of Torbat Jam Islamic Azad University students based on resilience. This research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population included all master's degree students in psychology at Islamic Azad University of Torbat Jam in the academic year of 1402-1403, who were selected using Morgan's sample size of 184 students by available sampling method, to collect data from Connor's resilience questionnaire. and Davidson (2003), Rother's Locus of Control Questionnaire (1996), Watson and Telgen's Positive and Negative Affect Questionnaire (1988), and Beck's Depression Questionnaire (1996) were used. Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between resilience and the source of internal control, there is a significant positive relationship between resilience and positive emotion, and between resilience and negative emotion. There is a significant negative relationship and there is a significant negative relationship between resilience and depression. Also, the results showed that resilience can predict the source of internal control, positive and negative emotions and depression.
