رابطه رشد اقتصادی و نابرابری درآمدی بین استان های ایران abstract

یکی از مشکلات اساسی در برنامه ریزی های منطقه ای با هدف توسعه اقتصادی، تعیین روش هایی است که دولت به کمک آنها بتواند منابع جامعه را به گونه ای اختصاص دهد تا رشد اقتصادی و کاهش در نابرابری های درآمدی بین استانی به صورت همزمان میسر گردد. بررسی امکان تحقق این موضوع، هدف اصلی این تحقیق می باشد. در این مطالعه، از داده های سری زمانی فصلی مربوط به سال های ۸۹-۱۳۷۹ و یک الگوی خود همبسته برداری استفاده شده و نابرابری درآمدی بین استانی یک بار با استفاده از ضریب جینی و بار دیگر با استفاده از شاخص تایل به دست آمده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که نابرابری درآمدی بین استانی، رشد اقتصادی را در کوتاه مدت کاهش می دهد که تنها بخشی از این کاهش در بلند مدت از بین خواهد رفت. رشد اقتصادی در کوتاه مدت، نابرابری درآمدی بین استانی را افزایش و در بلند مدت آن را کاهش می دهد. به کارگیری شاخص تایل در اندازه گیری نابرابری درآمدی بین استانی، نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگو را با استفاده از ضریب جینی تایید می کند.
