Industry 4.0, encompasses technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data, advanced robotics, and other emerging technologies, all of which have had significant impacts on the supply chain, including the impact of Industry 4 on the supply chain, improving accuracy and transparency in processes .This greater accuracy in assessing inventories and market requirements leads to improved planning and more accurate demand forecasting. In addition, more transparency in the supply chain provides access to improved information and more control over processes.By utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies, systems are automated and self-learning , and automatically plan production, inventory management, and quality monitoring. And diagnose errors and provide new opportunities and tools to improve efficiency and quality in the supply chain. This article examines the effects of these advanced technologies on the sustainable supply chain performance and environmental protection methods, including resource optimization, waste reduction, and environmental compatibility, through a detailed analysis and literature review.This paper aim is to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of sustainable supply chains performance in the context of Industry 4.0 by examining concepts in related fields and by combining existing knowledge and providing new persptctives. The finding of this research provides valuable insights for academicians, specialists and production managers to create more sustainable supply chains. The results of this research indicate that the technologies of Industry 4 lead to improved of efficiency and quality in the sustainable supply chain performance, as well as increased accuracy and transparency in processes.
