The dynamic landscape of the airline industry, characterized by evolving consumer preferences, technological advancements, and heightened sustainability concerns, necessitates an integrated approach to travel, tourism, and trade. This paper delves into the strategic implications of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Integrated Growth Model for Travel, Tourism, and Trade (IGMT3), highlighting the critical role of these metrics in steering airline operations towards enhanced efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Employing a mixed-methods research framework, the study combines quantitative analysis of industry performance data with qualitative insights from interviews and case studies, offering a comprehensive understanding of how KPI-driven strategies can optimize the IGMT3 framework.
