Urban green spaces such as parks are essential public infrastructure in any city. They offer numerous benefits that enhance citizens' quality of life. Despite their importance, these spaces often face challenges such as inadequate equipment, poor maintenance, insufficient security, and failure to meet the evolving needs of users. These issues are exacerbated by urban problems such as increasing pollution, climate change, uncontrolled growth of constructions, and shortage of green spaces. Given these concerns, the importance of urban parks has increased significantly, highlighting the need for a more intelligent approach to their design and management. Modern urban parks should have brilliant furniture, intelligent walkways, innovative garbage visualization systems, and advanced irrigation systems. These spaces must be thoughtfully and innovatively planned to reflect the integration of new technologies rather than being managed in traditional ways. The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines for transforming existing traditional urban parks into 'smart parks' to increase public participation and attendance. Through a comparative analysis, we want to examine all the innovative parks implemented in the world and look at the standard points influential in their success so that we can achieve a primary and essential indicator for building innovative parks.
