Studying the Impact of Organizational Culture on the Acceptance and Use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education abstract
In the digital age,
artificial intelligence is recognized as a key element in the transformation of higher education systems. The University of Teacher Education is also regarded as one of the most strategic educational institutions in the country. This is because teacher training is one of the most sensitive, decisive, and important components of the system; teachers, as the primary executors in the field of education, are the source of any transformation within the education system. However, given the increasing impact of
artificial intelligence on educational and administrative processes, it is essential to identify the factors that influence the acceptance of these technologies. One of the most significant of these factors is organizational culture.
Organizational culture encompasses a set of values, beliefs, and behaviors that govern an organization and can affect the process of adopting and utilizing new technologies. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method to examine the impact of various dimensions of organizational culture on the acceptance and utilization of
artificial intelligence in higher education institutions, particularly the University of Teacher Education. In this context, the researchers have reviewed the relevant literature and conducted field analyses of the opinions of university administrators and faculty members to identify the challenges and opportunities ahead. The results indicated that a positive organizational culture that is open to change, characterized by flexibility, collaboration, and innovation, comprises important components that can influence the effective acceptance and utilization of artificial intelligence. Additionally, management support and the creation of an open environment for learning and experience are considered other vital factors in this process. The findings of this study can assist policymakers and managers of higher education institutions in developing effective strategies to strengthen and enhance organizational culture and facilitate the acceptance of new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. Ultimately, this research provides recommendations for future studies regarding organizational culture and new technologies within the educational system.
