Robbery is one of the most common and important crimes in human societies, which not only has negative effects on social and economic security, but also creates widespread problems in the judicial and executive systems of countries. This article analyzes the types of robbery, the factors affecting its occurrence, the way executive and judicial bodies deal with this crime, and the problems in this field. In this regard, it examines the existing laws and the performance of the police force and other responsible organizations, and the strengths and weaknesses of these organizations in combating robbery are criticized.
Initially, the article examines different types of robbery, including armed robbery, domestic robbery, car robbery, and economic robbery. Also, factors that affect the occurrence of these robberies, such as poverty, unemployment, general culture, and the economic situation of the society, are analyzed. This article also examines the way judicial and executive bodies deal with this crime and points out the challenges and shortcomings in the process of prosecuting and punishing thieves.
Finally, the article offers suggestions for improving the current situation and combating theft more effectively. These suggestions include amending laws, strengthening surveillance systems, using new technologies to detect and prevent theft, and educating the public about preventing this crime. The successful experiences of countries that have achieved significant results in combating theft are reviewed as a model for Iran.
