As organizations adapt to rapid technological advancements and shifting market demands, talent development has become increasingly essential to remain competitive. Upskilling and reskilling have emerged as key strategies for addressing skills gaps and ensuring that employees are prepared for the future of work. This study investigates the future of talent development, focusing on the strategies for upskilling and reskilling that will shape the modern workforce. Through the analysis of current practices and emerging trends, the study explores how organizations can develop sustainable, effective programs to meet the evolving needs of employees. The research findings indicate that personalized learning approaches, digital platforms, and continuous feedback mechanisms are central to successful talent development strategies. Additionally, leadership support and collaboration with external educational providers are identified as critical factors in the success of upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
