The Impact Of Smart Technologies On Urban Property Management And Sustainable Revenue

With the increase in urban population and limited resources, urban property management has become one of the key challenges for municipalities. Smart technologies, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Big Data, and the Internet of Things (IoT), provide innovative tools to improve urban property management. These technologies can help identify and optimize the use of unused properties, reduce operational costs, and enhance transparency and investment attraction. Furthermore, the adoption of these technologies offers opportunities for generating sustainable urban revenues. This paper examines the role of smart technologies in urban property management and analyzes their impact on optimizing municipal revenue resources. Successful global examples and challenges faced by municipalities, particularly in Iran, are discussed, and solutions for implementing these technologies are proposed. The results indicate that the intelligent use of these technologies can strengthen sustainable urban revenue and lead to better property management.
